Backend: Increase the 10 component per project limitation to 30

Problem

Currently, our documentation mentioned that

All components in the project are versioned together, with a maximum of 10 components per project.

This limitation would need to be increased prior to GA

Proposal

Based on user feedback let's increase it to 30
