Document one-step approach for migrating existing helm deployments to use a database to store container registry metadata
Context
Currently, it's possible to enable new installations of GitLab deployed using helm to use a database to store container registry metadata.
Problem
The process indicates it can only be used on new deployments and there is no current documentation for migrating if you have an established helm install.
