Improve the experience for inputting value for a file type variable

Problem to solve

When the value of a file-type variable can go really long, the existing input field doesn't adapt well occluding the visibility of entered data and users have to scroll through as they can't resize the field.

Users should be able to get a preview of the data entered without scrolling.

Discussion: The value field should be changed to a resizable text area to cater to a wide range of cases.
