Display of languages in repository analytics should not be bar chart

Proposal

Percentages like the language breakdown in Repository analytics should not be displayed as a bar chart. It does not show that each individual bar is part of a whole repository.

Prior proposal

A suitable chart to use would be a pie chart. Pie charts are used to show parts of a whole. The total sum of the individual parts equals 100%. This makes it an ideal chart to display percentages.
