Allow (work item) Service Desk ticket to be assigned to an epic
Allow assign service desk tickets (work items under the hood) to be assigned to an epic.

While service desk issue is still (was) an issue, it is (was) possible to assign an issue to an epic. When we migrate to tickets in !127482 (diffs), they don't have assign to an epic quick command.
Open questions
- Can a ticket be promoted to an epic?
No, that seems like an unlikely use-case. Tickets are reactive/unplanned work.
- Is it possible to add quick commands to a specific work item (ticket) or it will automatically add the command to all the work items?
