Archived projects from subgroup not listed in top group level anymore. Maybe related to #371923 (comment 1479377417)

Only archived projects from the top level group are visible.

Steps to reproduce

1- Create a group, a subgroup and a project

2- Archive the project in the subgroup, it will be visible in <groups/groupA/subgroupA/-/archived> but not in <groups/groupA/-/archived>

When there is actually one in https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-gold/segolene-bouly/epic/-/archived
