Group archived projects tab showing groups with no archived projects

Problem to solve

The group archived projects tab (groups/group/-/archived) is showing groups with no archived projects. There are 2 scenarios:

1. If you archive a project and then later delete it. The group that contained the project still shows under the archived projects tab.
2. Other groups appear in the archived projects tab for an undetermined reason.

The group archived projects tab should only show groups that contain archived projects
