[MR Widget] Increase hardcoded limit and provide hint on more findings

Summary

The security_reports endpoint returns a maximum of 25 findings per report. However, in the frontend we do not have a clue on whether there are more findings or not. The temporary solution was to write at least for reports with 25 findings (see #416872 (closed) for more context). This works but has also an edge case: If the report really has 25 findings the at least expression can create confusion.

Solution

In order to solve this, in the backend we'd like to increase the limit to 26 but return 25 items and a flag indicating whether there are more findings or not.
