question (non-blocking): Should this be a component? Can we use a muted badge here?

@thutterer that's an interesting thought 🤔 I think the goal is to align this closer to inline code that happens to be linked than a badge though. @veethika and @danmh I'm curious on your thoughts too. I suppose it could be a component instead of just styles too. In Figma we've had to make it so, but that's due to Figma restraints more than anything.
