Expose resolutions and solution in Vulnerability GraphQL type

Why are we doing this work

As mentioned by a forum user, the Vulnerability GraphQL type doesn't expose the solution field.

Currently this field is only available in PipelineSecurityReportFinding.

We'd like to expose the solution and remediations fields in the Vulnerability type as well.
