xml files are downloaded with wrong filename (blob)
Summary
On GitLab.com, xml files are downloaded with wrong filename (blob).
It seems to be a regression as this cannot be reproduced on a self-managed instance (tested on (v15.8.3))
Steps to reproduce
1- Create a xml file or navigate to a existing xml file in any repository
2- Use the download button to download the xml file
3- The file will be download with the filename blob
Example Project
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/workhorse/testdata/test.xml
What is the current bug behavior?
All xml files are downloaded with the same filename : blob.
What is the expected correct behavior?
All xml files should keep their original filename when downloaded
