Add sorting support to organization projects GraphQL query

In Create organization projects GraphQL resolver (#423327 - closed) we will add a GraphQL query to get the projects in an organization. This issue is to add support for sorting these projects. Sorting will be needed for designs shown in #406613 (closed)

We should try to support as many of the following sort options as possible:

• Name
• Created
• Updated
• Stars

If some of these sort options can't be supported for the MVC we should make a follow-up issue to add them at a later date.
