Allow profiles to display or hide information

Users can select information to display in their profiles to hide things that could be used to target and harass users, such as:
- time
- location
- status
- pronoun information
Problem to solve
Private profiles are not completely private and can reveal sensitive information such as location and time.
Proposal
Users should be able to hide information from being seen on private profiles but still allow them to be seen internally. When working with colleagues it's important to let them know your status such as vacation windows but that information can be used to target individuals.
