Merge request counters on changes tab inconsistent directly after pushing

Steps to reproduce

• create a new merge request
• scroll on the changes tab

the bug disappears after a while (probably caching issue). so its not possible to provide a example that reproduces the bug over long periods of time.

What is the current bug behavior?

number of changed files differs when scrolling: changes tab of merge request where number of changed files switches between 2 and 0 when scrolling

What is the expected correct behavior?

number is consistent
