When using undo (Cmd + Z), Content Editor removes the entire content in some occasions

Summary

When starting the editing session in Content Editor, applying Cmd + z removed the entire comment.

The same behaviour happens when switch CE <> Md Editor back and forth, most probably for the same reason.
