CheckList items become ToDo items
Problem to solve
Issues and MR can become TODO bullets but there is no mechanism to supply a collection of CheckList items into an Issue or MR as individual ToDo Items. This feature would allow users to use the ToDo list as a one stop shop for both high level Issues and MR but also individual tasks within these (i.e. CheckLists). Currently one must create a string of Issues to get separate TODO listing which is inefficient and cumbersome when they can be managed as a collection of CheckLists.

Users will manage tasks as well as high level Issues and MR directly with their TODO list instead of needing to separately monitor and manage each CheckList in their responsibility
Currently they need to enter each Issue and MR to locate and check the CheckList values.
