Enable persistent filtering by type in issues list

Problem

Agree. I get these work items are essentially mini-issues, but they shouldn't crowd out actual Issues in issue lists, etc -- and an Issue should show how many items are completed just like it does with markdown lists.

With the introduction of task our boards and issue lists are suddenly cluttered. Making it difficult e.g. to keep our backlogs prioritized....It would be useful to be able to toggle if you want to see only issues or issues and tasks. Ideally, in some places it would be nice to see that a task belongs to a particular issue (with expand/collapse).

There is a parent-child relationship between issue and task for a good reason (tasks can only be created from within an issue). If now all the tasks (children) of an issue become visible in the issue list, one does not see what is important.
