Exec Dashboards - Add configuration file parsing

Problem

We currently have no way for customers to customise the dashboard. A temporary solution is being put in place to allow displaying multiple tables via URL params, but this is not an ideal solution.

Solution

Extend version 1 of a the User Dashboard Schema - the be available for the Exec dashboard feature, on group level.
