Exec Dashboards PoC: Separate comparative table MVC by groups/projects (multi-widgets view)

Overview

Once Exec Dashboards: New page frontend POC with "Me... (#373006 - closed) is completed, we need to add the missing MVC features to the Exec Dashboards PoC.

Problem to solve

Proposal

  1. Allow additional sub-groups / projects to be displayed by passing in URL parameters.
  2. For any sub-group - display a separated comparative widget.
  3. For any project - display a separated comparative widget.

Acceptance criteria

Compare DORA 4 metrics between these projects in one view:

  1. GitLab.org / GitLab FOSS
  2. GitLab.org / GitLab
  3. GitLab.org / GitLab Design
  4. GitLab.org / GitLab Docs
