Health status picker

In both objectives and key results:

• The order of options should be: status (open/close), progress, health status, assignee, milestone, labels
• Add the Health status picker with None or No status (within dropdown) set as default

List views

In both objectives and key results:

• Display the health status badge for any child that has a status assigned
  • Styling: badge component, On track (success), Needs attention (warning), At risk (danger)
• The display of metadata should be consistent with the order of options: progress, health status, assignee, milestone, labels
