GitLab Migration - Stuck project migration for a merge request with thousands of comments

Note: we will keep this bug open for reference and easier search, however we assume it is related to jobs getting interrupted for which we have several issues opened already (see GitLab Migration - mark entity as failed when e... (#378441 - closed) and comment below).

I was doing a test GitLab Migration from my gdk instance to production and the migration of 1 project got stuck:

A project had 1 MR with 3500 comments

However, it looks like the migration of this project got stuck, and it's unclear why. Usually it'd take under 5 mins to import MR with 3500 comments locally.

Investigate why the migration got stuck for such project. Looking at the logs I find it very difficult to figure out what went wrong for this project. Would it be possible to include project/group full path and see the entire timeline of the migration of a particular project/group?
