Generate pipeline image based on variables that configures which jobs run

Problem to solve

Currently there is no way to generate an image of what a pipeline would look like if certain variables are passed. For large/complex pipelines, this inability to test the construction of a pipeline makes it difficult to determine which variables are required in order to triggering a pipeline to test specific scenarios.
