Increase CPU & memory request/limit for various Review App components

CPU

As can be seen in the following charts, we should increase the CPU request and limit of:

  • gitlab-runner: 450m/675m => 675m/1015m
  • minio: 5m/10m => 9m/15m

Memory

As can be seen in the following charts, we should increase the memory request and limit of:

  • sidekiq: 880M/1320M => 970M/1450M
  • unicorn: 1540M/2310M => 1630M/2450M
