Reorder issues in list in epic

  • Reorder the issues of the list in an epic.

  • Expose the ordering via the API so that you can get the ordered list of issue from an epic.

  • Via the API, you should also be able to set the ordering. Depending on the technical implementation design/details, we may offer to reorder one at a time, or to reorder everything all at once. We should do whatever is simpler in this iteration.

  • Note that this is only for epics. Reordering for related issues is not in scope for this feature and the user experience should stay the same.

  • The user experience should be the same as re-ordering issues in an issue board:

  • When adding a new issue, it should appear at the top of the list.

  • When adding multiple issues at the same time, they should maintain the same order in the textbox that they are entered in, and that batch should be added to the top of the list.
