Update error messages that use "Whoops..." in the error text
Problem
Based on the recent update to Pajamas error message guidelines, we shouldn't use overly familiar tone of voice when displaying errors to our users. It can carry a tone of carelessness that we'd like to avoid.
We have several error message instances across the product that use "Whoops.." in the error text, for example "Whoops, GitLab is currently unavailable."
Proposal
Original proposal suggested we use "Sorry" but this has changed to be "We're sorry" under this suggestion #365208 (comment 991099774).
