Remove font and color columns from broadcast_messages table

As per the suggestion from !83251 (comment 896008339):

Should we drop the color/font columns in a post-migration if we don't use them anymore? Or do we intend to drop them in a future issue/milestone for the extra "safety"?

Since these columns are not used anymore they can be removed. How and when is upon consideration.
