Test case without tasks shows "0 of 0 tasks completed"

1. With an Ultimate or Gold licence, create a demo project
2. Create a test case.
3. Create an issue for comparison.

What is the current bug behavior?

0 of 0 tasks completed is shown after creating the case, even if the description doesn't have any task list.

What is the expected correct behavior?

As with issues, that N of M tasks completed is only shown if a task list is added.
