Product feedback: Need a way to receive an alert when a new Service Desk ticket is filed
Hi,
I need a way to get notified (via an alert of some kind) when a user files a new service desk ticket in GitLab. We don't have an expansive email server setup to run custom addresses and forwarding and all that, so it would actually be great if this could fire off one of the other "types" of events that you can already subscribe to on a GitLab repo, like push/merge, or pipeline failed/fixed.
If I could subscribe to "Service desk ticket created" that would be great for helping me and my team maintain our SLAs.
