Tabs on "Your projects" activity pages fails loading with 15 seconds timeout

Problem

Similar to #346435 (closed), it seems like the query for all tabs in the "Your projects" section of the "Activity" is not optimized, leading to timeouts and no results. I'm not sure where the limit is and from how many projects this starts to error out.
