Update doc page metadata for pages in the group formerly named "Access"

The deliverable for this issue is one or more completed MRs to update all of the product documentation pages that currently have group: Access in their metadata to group: Authentication & Authorization. (I used the ampersand instead of and for the metadata, based on how the group name is rendered at https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/ux/technical-writing/#assignments .)
