Managing 2 Factor Authentication does not work in Safari 15.0

Disabling 2-factor authentication and regenerating recovery codes now requires the user's current password. To avoid having two separate forms, the VueJs component sets the form action and method based on the submit button that was clicked. This doesn't work in Safari 15.0.

We are using event.submitter here and this doesn't seem to be supported in safari.
