Update default Personal Access Token (PAT) prefix to glpat

Proposal

As discussed on #335991 (comment 684686407) we should update the default Access Token configuration for self-managed customers to use the glpat- token prefix. This will ensure that all Gitlab instances have detectable Access Tokens using the default configuration.
