Ensure frontend test exists for Growth experiments

Related to #340671.

Removal of the experiment code did not surface the problem early on because no specs failed (ergo there were no specs to ensure the UI for the experiment was rendered).

• Update the experiment guide !70472 (merged)
• Consider requiring a QA test for each experiment flag (see #340672 (comment 681583507))
