All-in-one include for Security Checks

Users who want to get started with our security checks have to figure out that they need to include the SAST, Dependency Scanning, DAST, Container Scanning, and License Compliance templates. We should make this easier, and it's actually very easy. We can create a all-in-one "Security" template which should include:
