Docs: Document how to connect multiple clusters through the Agent
Problem
We haven't documented how to add multiple clusters to a single project through the Agent.
Solution
Add the missing docs.

the Agent docs don't seem to mention anything about multiple clusters. Where is this documented, then?
The only mention to multiple clusters I found is this one: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/management_project.html#setting-the-environment-scope.

One can connect multiple clusters with the Agent too. These links are about the certificate connections.
It's not documented anywhere as this use case is natural with the agent. The user should just go through the agent registration flow for each cluster. At the same time docs would be great for 2 reasons:
- we already have docs for the cert based method, and not having the use case described might be confusing to users as it was for you here
- there is a single point of failure with the agent. Each agent registration should handle a separate cluster, but each agent might have multiple authentication tokens, and this could leave to situations where the user tries to reuse the same agent in multiple clusters. We don't know how this would work out. :) This issue is documented here with an alternative, unscheduled proposal.
