Dogfooding: use secrets analyzer on www-gitlab-com repository

As mentioned in #9909 (closed), it would be great to use the secrets analyzer in www-gitlab-com.

While the recent steps taken to remove Docker-in-Docker from SAST may make this immediately feasible, it would be even better if we separate secrets from SAST and include that as part of this project's pipeline.
