Link pipeline by their name/commit name rather than ID in the UI

🧩 Problem

Pipelines are currently linked in some places in GitLab UI by their ID which doesn't help users differentiate between the jobs, it's not human readable.

✨ Proposal

Use pipeline commit message or names (once implemented) as the primary pipeline identifier in the UI and provide the pipeline ID as a secondary identifier.
