Diff header and long file names

When a diff file has a long file path the file path ends up wrapping with the copy button and makes the header larger than it would normally be.

Should we truncate this at the start maybe?

Proposal

We are not going to truncate the file path for security purposes #330749 (comment 2750057944).

We will redesign the the header so that it accommodates the actions better and consider introducing new wrapping techniques to handle the content at different container breakpoints.
