Steps to reproduce
- Create a project in Gitlab.com
- Create
.gitlab/issue_templates/new_issue.md
with the following:
/label ~"Status::New" ~"Priority::Medium" (change your labels accordingly)
@all
- Configure Service Desk "Template to append to all Service Desk issues" to use new_issue created above
- Create an Issue using the Service Desk email
What is the current bug behavior?
The @all
doesn't trigger any email alerts to team members
What is the expected correct behavior?
All project and group members would receive an alert of the new issue
