Optimize N+1 queries for create_or_update_vulnerability_identifier_object in StoreSecurityReportsWorker
We need to optimize N+1 queries for create_or_update_vulnerability_identifier_object in StoreSecurityReportsWorker. This method is called for every finding for each report in a pipeline. Instead of calling the method for each finding, we can use bulk insert. This is a follow-up issue from #323059 (closed)
