Differentiate and surface direct mentions in To-Do List

Problem to solve

Currently, the To-Do List includes mentions and direct mentions, among other types, without clearly differentiating these two types of To-Dos. See documentation for To-Dos and relevant slack discussion (internal).

Further details

The only subtle difference between mentions and direct mentions is almost unnoticeable. It’s a textual difference in the to-do created (...mentioned you on... vs. ...directly addressed you on...). See screenshot below and relevant documentation in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/workflow/todos.html#directly-addressing-a-to-do.

You can already filter direct mentions but the initial page view makes it almost impossible to differentiate direct mentions without applying any filter.

Proposal

TBD

Following the relevant slack discussion (internal), it could help to have a badge with a number of direct mentions.
