Manual job badge is unnecessary

Manual job badge is unnecessary as this is already represented by the job status.

Userstory

And...here's my jobs screen for this project...lots of big red misleading icons "allowed to fail". Nothing failed and nothing was allowed to fail. I had auto-CI disabled for the entire time (which should be the default by the way) and then to get rid of the nag added a basic yml file with a single manual job that does nothing. No luck there...just got a more misleading set of icons..."allowed to fail" AND "manual"...which is it...did the CI fail or is it in a manual state!
