Add GraphQL api for searching blobs in the codebase

We want to implement contextual code references for feature flags
We already have https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/search.html#scope-blobs-starter-2, so we need evaluate if it's enough to actually present the code.
Ideally, we would want to just query Blob.search(string) and get enough information for presenting code snippets to users(possibly with pre-rendered snippets).
