Search feature flag name in the codebase
Problem to solve
As a developer that wants to edit/delete my feature flag from my code, I want to see exactly where the feature flag is defined and its context and be able to take action on it
Intended users
User experience goal
Since GitLab is a single tool for development, the code already resides inside, so we can make this experience really great for the user by pointing to the feature flag inside the code and show it in context.
Proposal
Show the relevant code based on Feature Flag name or ID in a similar look and feel to the show code diff.

Add a new tab should be added at the "Strategy" section to show users the relevant code snippets.
The actions included must include edit single file and edit in IDE. Based on available options by default, we can expand available actions.
