The download link is not public for generic packages

The download link generated in the release page is not public and require beeing member of the project.

What is the current bug behavior?
The download URL can't be used by without auth
What is the expected correct behavior?
The public dowlond URL can be found in the packge registry section

However there is an ID that I don't know how to get automaticaly from CI
Possible fixes
Use the public download URL from package registry section
Guest access for private projects
