Update existing labels to match new colors

Problem to solve

!50393 (merged) introduced new colors that have slightly different HEX values from what is being currently used. This will lead to existing labels having slightly different colors from the new default suggestion.

Proposal

Update the existing labels to have the same HEX values that map to the new colors.
