Design: Add dropdown affordance to mini pipeline graph

This is an actionable insight from the UX Department: MRs experience async critique research (insight).

What

In the merge request widget pipeline section, it's not clear which pipeline icons are interactive and which ones are not. This also happens in the pipelines list.

Same icon on each side, and if I remember right they do different things which is confusing.

I'm never sure if these are clickable. Do they open a popover? or a new page? Do the ones on the left behave like the ones on the right?

Why

All dropdowns on GitLab have the “chevron” icon to indicate the dropdown affordance, that a menu will be shown when clicked. The mini pipeline graph doesn't have that, so it can make users hesitate before interacting with it or impact the sense of trust that users place on the product due to inconsistency.
