Provide basic export of requirements

For many use cases, you will need to be able to export your requirements to allow for collaboration with higher level systems, or for audit and regulatory compliance reasons. GitLab now allows for basic exporting for your requirements to ensure seamless collaboration.
This is the first iteration if this feature, so please provide feedback and follow along in the Requirements Export Epic
Problem to solve
This first iteration of requirements export is to allow basic export functionality of requirements.
Intended users
- Cameron (Compliance Manager)
- Delaney (Development Team Lead)
- Devon (DevOps Engineer)
- Rachel (Release Manager)
Proposal
This iteration will allow for:
Exporting all requirements (not filtered) including the following attributes:
- Requirement ID
- Title
- Description
- Created By
- Created Date
- Satisfied / Failed State
- Satisfied / Failed Date
Exporting will occur into a standard .CSV format.
