Create a current user assignees value for ease of sharing views with team members

Problem to solve
As note in this comment:
"We Would love this feature also to build a simple board with the filters of Iteration = Current and Assignee = Me so that anyone in the team going into that board quickly has what is for them. This board can be placed higher up the hierarchy so it captures all tasks where someone may be working on many projects and like mentioned in an earlier comment avoids having to get each user to go and make the same url link for them selves. It is dynamic as members join or leave the team."
Proposal
Add a current_user value to the assignee filter, similar to "None" and "Any", for the new views experience.
