To link or not to link in blog posts in our docs introduction

@axil writes @marcia Hmm, I'm not sure. While it's nice to do this, there will be inconsistencies. We can do this when refactoring docs and editing previously released features, but the new ones are added before the 7th, when the post is not released yet.
I think asking the devs to "guess" the link to the post won't scale :/
Also, I think it's better to link to
gitlab-ee/
to drive more people to that page, no?
